Kamil Kosowski is a Polish wide man who was born in Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, Poland on 30th August 1977. He began his professional career with Gornik Zabrze, making his debut in 1996. Kosowski's performances earned him a move to Wisla Krakow in 1999. He made a name for himself as one of the country's best players, possessing excellent dribbling and passing ability. Kosowski picked up two league medals during his stay at Wisla, and represented the club in the Champions League against Barcelona. He became a regular in the Polish national team setup after winning his first cap in 2001, and scored his first goal at International level in a 5-0 win over San Marino on 4th April 2003. Kosowski spent the 2006/07 campaign on loan at Chievo, and was in and out the Flying Donkey's side that was relegated from Serie A. He finally returned to Wisla in the summer of 2007, and made a decent start to the following season. On 14th January 2008 a mutual termination of Kosowski's Wisla contract was agreed. Eleven days later he joined Cadiz, who dropped down to the third tier of Spanish football five months later.
In the summer of 2008 Kosowski signed for APOEL in Cyprus. He scored the winning goal in the LTV Super Cup on his debut, and helped the club win the Cyprus Championship two years running.
